UP YOURS LEMONADE
Ingredients
Juice from 2 lemons
250ml ice cold water
30g coconut sugar
1 tbsp UP YOUR MATCHA powder
powder
Directions
Blend all the ingredients together, adding some ice cubes if necessary!

DAIRY-FREE MATCHA CAKE
Ingredients
100g flour
50g coconut flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
100g coconut oil
120g coconut sugar
3 large eggs
Directions
Sift the flour, coconut flour, baking powder & matcha. Mix together.
In a separate bowl, whisk the coconut oil and coconut sugar together. The coconut oil may need to be heated slightly to melt. Then add the eggs in one by one, and beat.
Combine the coconut oil and sugar mix with the initial flour and matcha mix. If it is too dry, add a drop of almond or coconut mylk to moisten. Mix together well.
Transfer to a greased baking tin. Put in a pre-heated oven at 180C and bake for approx 25 minutes, or until a knife or skewer comes out largely dry when inserted into the cake.

YOU'RE MY SUPERHERO LATTE
Ingredients
30g coconut sugar
1 tbsp UP YOUR MATCHA powder
powder
300ml almond milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together the coconut sugar and matcha. Add the milk and vanilla; stir to combine. Warm in a microwave for 2 minutes and enjoy!
